ITracker provides the flexibility we need to get a handle on our complex operation. We have over 1500 users who access ITracker daily to management discrepancies and service requests. Though, the system in centralized, each location has the ability to manage their own users. This allows supervisors to manage their own teams and processes.
As an operations manager, the ITracker allows me to manage all my operations and not just master control. Our facility is able to define what we want to track, how we track it and who can access it. The interface is very easy to use. Even new hires do not need training. Data entry is concise with the operator being able to choose only items that they have access to. ITracker has worked very well for us.
